Problem statement:

Disengagement among employees leads to significant decrease in productivity of the organization and costs time effort and money.

Engaging employees for regular feedback and sentiment analysis is hard for companies. Survey based feedback systems are hard to implement, and is adoption is challenging. As a result, responses are low, and also the quality of responses is poor. Moreover, a survey form has limited flexibility, and it is not possible to get the kind of feedback that you could in a conversation with an employee.

That's where Xane comes in.

Xane is a chatbot which interacts with employees on one to one basis regularly and gives actionable analytics by prioritizing prominent issues in the organization.

Instead of lengthy and boring form based surveys, Xane gathers real-time qualitative feedbacks by doing quick conversations with employees.

As a result, appraisal cycles which can take 2-3 months in an organization to get completed today, can get done in a day and in real-time.

Real-time sentiment analytics: Also, after getting qualitative data, Xane generates actionable analytics by identifying the employees who need attention and prioritizing issues in the organization.

Integrates with existing collaboration tools

Unlike other stand-alone survey systems, Xane easily Integrates with any collaboration tool like Slack, Flock, HipChat, Workplace, Emails and HRMS that your team might be using, making it easier to adapt and employees need not be trained. It is just like chatting on Whatsapp.

Self-populating organization chart with sentiment mapping

As employees engage with Xane, it create a Self Populating Organization Chart on which sentiments are mapped making analytics easier.

Business model and pricing

Xane operates on a SAAS model, priced at between USD 1 to USD 4 per employee per month, depending on the size of the organization.

Competition and Xane differentiator

Xane in the news

However, he had to stop its operations after facing resistance from the college authorities. But Jain was not ready to give up; instead, he continued working on it after graduating in May 2017 — this time trying to create a business model out of it. He tried to introduce it to the management of several private colleges, but that wasn’t working out.
